Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 15, 2026. This page is written in plain English to describe the current static website and future compliance expectations without pretending that inactive services are already live.
Overview
My Number Path is currently a static English-language numerology and self-reflection website. The site offers browser-side calculators, Learn content and report previews for entertainment, symbolic reflection and journaling. It does not currently provide user accounts, login, checkout, paid reports, email marketing, advertising, analytics, retargeting or profiling services.
This Privacy Policy explains what information is currently processed, what is intentionally not collected, and what will need to change before future features such as email opt-ins, Stripe checkout, analytics, affiliate links or AdSense are activated.
Who operates this website
The public site is presented under the brand name My Number Path. The repository and deployment materials do not currently include a verified legal business name, postal address, company registration number, VAT/tax number, data protection officer or lawyer contact. Those details should be supplied by the site owner before a commercial launch if applicable law or platform review requires them.
Current static website status
At this stage, My Number Path is designed as a static Astro site. Pages are generated as static files, calculators run in the browser, and report pages are previews. There is no database connected to the website application, no authentication system, no account area and no live checkout flow.
The site may be hosted through Cloudflare Pages or a similar static hosting provider. Hosting providers can process technical request information, such as IP address, browser user agent, requested URL, timestamps and security events, to serve the site, protect infrastructure and maintain logs.
Information we currently do not collect
The current website application does not intentionally collect account credentials, payment card details, billing addresses, newsletter subscriptions, marketing profiles, analytics identifiers, advertising identifiers, retargeting audiences or affiliate tracking identifiers. It also does not intentionally collect calculator entries through a server-side form.
Calculator inputs and client-side processing
Calculator pages may ask for dates, names, focus areas or similar entries so the browser can generate a numerology result. These entries are processed locally by JavaScript in your browser. The calculator code prevents ordinary form submission and displays the result on the same page.
Because the calculators are browser-side, My Number Path does not intentionally receive or store your calculator entries through the calculator itself. You should still avoid entering sensitive information that is not needed for the reflective calculation.
Browser-side calculations
Browser-side calculation means the visible result is produced on your device after the page loads. No account profile is created, no server-side reading is generated and no persistent user record is created by the application. Refreshing or resetting the page clears the visible result unless your browser keeps form values as a normal browser convenience.
Server logs and hosting infrastructure
Even static websites are delivered through servers, content delivery networks and security systems. Those infrastructure providers may automatically process technical logs that can include IP address, device/browser information, pages requested, timestamps, referrer headers and diagnostic data. My Number Path does not use those logs to build marketing profiles in the current implementation.
Cloudflare Pages / hosting context
The project documentation references Cloudflare Pages deployment. If the live site is served through Cloudflare, Cloudflare may process technical information necessary to deliver the site, mitigate abuse, cache assets and provide security. My Number Path has not added Cloudflare Web Analytics in the current codebase.
Google Search Console / site verification context
Google Search Console may be used in the future to verify site ownership, submit sitemaps and review indexing. A verification tag or DNS record does not by itself create an analytics profile on visitors. If a future verification method or Google feature introduces scripts or additional data processing, this policy and the cookie documentation should be updated before activation.
Contact messages and future support requests
The current Contact page does not submit a live backend form. If a public support email or form is added later, messages may include your email address, message content and any information you choose to provide. Contact information should be used only to respond to the request, manage support, handle privacy or accessibility inquiries, investigate corrections and maintain necessary records.
Future email opt-ins and newsletters
Email capture is not active now. If newsletters, early-access lists or report notifications are introduced, My Number Path should disclose the email provider, the type of messages sent, unsubscribe options, consent records, retention practices and any related cookies or tracking pixels before collecting addresses.
Future premium reports and Stripe payments
Premium reports and Stripe checkout are not active now. If paid digital products are introduced, payment information should be processed by a payment provider such as Stripe rather than stored directly by My Number Path. The Privacy Policy, Terms and Refund Policy should be updated before checkout goes live to explain purchase data, delivery data, fraud prevention, tax records, customer support and retention.
Future AdSense and advertising
AdSense and advertising cookies are not active now. If advertising is introduced, My Number Path should add the required disclosures, consent mechanism where required, ad partner information and controls before ad scripts load. Advertising must not be described as active until it is actually implemented.
Future analytics
Google Analytics, Cloudflare Web Analytics and similar analytics scripts are not active in the current codebase. If analytics are added later, My Number Path should document the provider, purpose, event types, cookie/storage behavior, retention settings, consent rules and opt-out options.
Future affiliate links
Affiliate tracking is not intentionally active now. If affiliate links are added, they should be disclosed near relevant content and in the Affiliate Disclosure. Some merchants or networks may use cookies or similar technologies after a user clicks an affiliate link; the Cookie Policy should be updated when that occurs.
Legal bases for processing
Where privacy laws such as the GDPR or UK GDPR apply, possible legal bases may include legitimate interests for delivering and securing the site, consent for future non-essential cookies or email marketing, contract necessity for future paid report purchases, and legal obligation for future tax, accounting or compliance records.
Consent
Consent is not currently requested through a cookie banner because the application does not intentionally set non-essential cookies or load advertising, analytics, retargeting or email marketing scripts. If those services are added later, consent should be requested before non-essential scripts load where required by law.
Legitimate interests
Legitimate interests may include operating a secure website, preventing abuse, maintaining content, responding to messages, improving accessibility and preserving basic technical records. These interests should be balanced against visitor privacy and limited to what is necessary.
Data minimization
The current site follows a data-minimization approach by keeping calculators client-side, disabling newsletter submissions, not connecting checkout and avoiding analytics or ad scripts. Future features should collect only the information needed for the stated purpose.
Data retention
My Number Path currently does not store calculator inputs or account records in an application database. Hosting providers may keep technical logs according to their own retention settings. Future contact messages, email subscriptions and purchase records should have documented retention periods before launch.
Third-party service categories
Current categories are limited to hosting and static site delivery. Future categories may include payment processing, email marketing, analytics, advertising, affiliate networks, fraud prevention, customer support and embedded media. Each category should be reviewed before activation.
International transfers
Hosting and infrastructure providers may process technical data in countries different from your own. Future providers for email, payments, analytics or advertising may also involve international transfers. Appropriate contractual and platform safeguards should be reviewed when providers are selected.
User rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Because the current application does not maintain user accounts or calculator records, many requests may relate only to future contact messages, provider logs or future commercial records.
EU/EEA/UK privacy rights
If you are in the EU, EEA or UK, you may have GDPR or UK GDPR rights, including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and the right to complain to a supervisory authority. A real public contact method and operator identity should be added before commercial launch.
California/US privacy note
The current site does not intentionally sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. It does not run targeted advertising, analytics profiles or retargeting pixels. If future advertising or affiliate tracking changes that status, this policy should be updated with any required US state privacy notices and opt-out mechanisms.
Children's privacy
My Number Path is not directed to children. The content is general self-reflection content and should be used by adults or with appropriate adult guidance. The site does not knowingly collect personal information from children through accounts, forms or checkout in its current state.
Security
No website can guarantee absolute security. The current static approach reduces risk by avoiding accounts, payment storage and databases. Future features should be designed with secure providers, limited access, HTTPS, least-privilege settings and clear incident response practices.
No professional advice / entertainment-only content
Numerology content on My Number Path is symbolic and for entertainment, journaling and self-reflection only. It is not medical, mental-health, legal, tax, investment, financial, career, relationship or other professional advice and does not guarantee outcomes.
Changes to this policy
This policy should be updated whenever the site adds contact collection, email capture, analytics, advertising, affiliate tracking, checkout, paid reports or other meaningful data processing. The date at the top should reflect the latest update.
Contact
A final public contact email has not been verified in the repository. Until the owner supplies one, privacy requests should be routed through the public contact method chosen by the site owner before commercial launch.
